Britney isn't culturally relavent to this generation, she just isn't cool anymore.
Pop stars have their time on top and her time has run out. Its not a bad thing, yes she slayed all the girls years ago but not today and not in the future.

SHe is a sweet woman but for the sake of her legacy she needs to retire. She looks like a soccer mom playing concert during her Vegas show, a bit of a mess.
