Yeah I agree for the most part but it's SO hard to tell whether somebody is abusing welfare or not. Some people genuinely can't find work / have jobs that don't pay enough so it's necessary but I definitely agree and believe that there are a large about of people abusing the system simply because the rules our president has implemented allow them to.
