It really depends on the situation. Usually I would say that if it's their avi, then it's not a breach of privacy. But people would use this to be able to use the avi everywhere to be shady to this person. I'm going to have to say it's usually warnable because there's no good reason to post someone's personal picture. If there's no harm meant at all, then chances are that it won't be warned, but there is never a guarantee.
So, tldr; I'd advise you not the post someone's personal picture, even if it's in their avi.
Why waste your time joining if your gonna try and get banned?
