Of course it depends on who deals with the report, but I'd think new people that used a positive nickname would get a reminder that it's unacceptable. If not, it's only 1 point which is practically a reminder anyway. It's better for them to receive that than to think it's okay and start throwing nicknames around the boards like nothing.
