We don't have the +1 channels here.... well I watch Switched at Birth early like at 5PM PST / 8PM EST.
The Fosters at 6PM PST / 9PM PST and then Teen Wolf at 7. But however, my family takes over those TV's at the TW and I don't want to miss the commentary that Doc hosts every Monday.
