I'd also go on and say that the attitude the Kings have towards their own careers is the root cause of that, they don't treat themselves as the new anything, and the fans treat them like that too.. There aren't super high expectations for them or something.

there are some bad ones in the fanbase ofc but overall i feel like the 1D fanbase is really awesome & so varied too
& i also believe it has to do with how the boys are & how they act
which just proves how truly awesome they are
