it seems like Rih really liked working with Shakira, so I wouldn't be surprised if in turn she asked Shaki to feature on her album as well

They can't promote it as an Epic Duet because the song isn't out yet. After the song premiers I do expect some announcement and major promo if they're actually gonna perform.
I think if they let Nicki Minaj premiere Roman Holiday at The Grammy, I don't see why they wouldn't let Shakira. Plus, she's got 10 Grammys (2 American and 8 Latin). She was named "the person of the year" at The Latin Grammy 2011 and Neil Portnow (google him) gave her an award for that. She's a Grammy darling sis.
