There was a thread here called "Ask Bill" where he was solely talking about its job and explaining how the charts work. Also the answer to your question can easily be found in the charts section, I don't see why you're asking it here of all places.
The charts are not rigged, members have been able to predict the outcome for years by weighting the points accordingly.

It's really not fair that you're replying to someone that was mean to me, agreeing with them that I rant too much and then asking me questions.
I was really nice about it actually, I originally wanted the weighting. That's all. That can't be found in any thread or any billboard artcile.
All i wanted was the mathematical equation. But that's cool.
I did apologise for ranting a bit too much. As a new member I also didn't know how to use multi quote so replyingt to people that were asking me things, was difficult.
You guys don't seem to be very good at acceoting apologies.... but that's totally cool. I'm not here for being told im writing random essays, then people asking me questions that require a response.
