Finance a record company? Are you really that dense? They got signed to a major label like everyone else. He was an industry outsider with good business acumen -- that's it. They weren't able to start Music World Music until DC took off.

In 1992 Knowles left this career to devote himself to his music company, Music World Entertainment, which he founded that year
