No she can't
If she was the Wentworth Miller variety of black where the person literally looks white and is only black because of their parents then maybe, but Beyonce looks like a black woman and she will always be considered a black woman. And because of that she will never be able to escape any issues surrounding black women and will still have to overcome all those barriers...just google recent discussions about feminism regarding her album, things get heated very easily. She has overcome most of them because of her absolute dedication to her craft but you can tell there is always a subtle, almost unnoticeable but still very real sentiment of "hmph, well why does this black girl think she can get away with all of this" underneath a lot of criticism directed towards her.
