I think Rihanna cares for women being equal to men but the thing about her as a popstar She's always stuck to the script she knows her role and doesn't try to get out of that in any way.

Many argue she's a puppet because she seems to go into a studio sing on a demo and leave but I think she likes to keep her personal opinions out of things unless she's asked to. Expecting Popstars to be spokespersons for Domestic Violence, and Feminism is a stretch when their job is to mainly make money and entertain.

It doesn't even matter if Rih or Bey are feminists just because you're a woman doesn't mean you have to be held to that standard.

So having a feminist persona is what is conducive to being a feminist?

What about Man Down, G4L, in her interviews she always praises her mother and grandmother for teaching her about what it means to be a woman, and her best friend Melissa about helping her embrace her feminine side.

Unlike Beyoncé she grew up in a predominantly male family and didn't have much female contact and she believes she bonds more with men than women.
Her recent lipstick with MAC all sales are going to fighting for Aids and she believes this is important for young girls, she always talks about women embracing their inner power and being strong.
