None of this happens in my store.
1. My manager makes everyone wash their hands, even if they exit the kitchen for a short bit and don't even touch anything.
2. The buns are thrown out right away, it;s not hard to take new ones. Some people drop them on purpose because the head manager apparently loses some money if too much food is thrown out

3. The water pressure is really high, so it is enough to clean things, but we still use soap. If there is none there are many cleaning liquids to use instead: sanitizing water, degreaser, etc.
4. We only use gloves when handling raw meat (we have to). We are not allowed to make food when making burgers.
5. I don't work at cash so I wouldn't know I guess. But the food I make is always taken quickly.
Maybe my store is just classy
