Charli XCX Interview on Kiis 108 Boston: Reveals album name and information about it
Charli XCX passed by Kiis 108 Boston to answer a few questions and talk about her album, inspirations and performances. "The album is simply called "XCX" just like the lead single and just like rumors about what it's called were spread around the internet. I called it that was because it's really what represents Me and it's also like a small disastrous love story." She said speaking about the album's name. She also talked about some of her peers: "I really loved Sky Ferreira's album "Night Time, My Time". Great work on there! I also love Lorde's album, we tweeted once to each other about doing a mashup album called "Pure Romance" or "True Heroine"! It would be cool!". Finally she also about the music videos: "They all are different really but some are like second parts to others, you guys will see! I hope you liked "XCX" cause if you did you will like the rest of the music videos!".
Charli then got up to perform at the Lounge of the radio. She performed a stripped version of "You're The One" and another one for "Noises". She then performed "XCX" and "Dancing Darkness" and thanked the crowd.
