Just kidding, but anyone that hands me an application, I put it in the applicant hire folder. I don't discriminate.
It's also sad to see people who's applications have been dumped, constantly come back in the store to see what is up, meanwhile all their information is long gone.

Some people are just trying to make ends meet.
I remember when I turned 16, I decided to look for a job at McDonalds. Long story short, I applied
4 times and I'm pretty sure my application was trashed every time because after applying the third time I heard one of the employees making fun of me as I was exiting
And then, like 3 weeks later, some ratchet, hood rat ghetto bish that was the scummiest and nastiest ever (that I used to go to middle school with) ended up getting hired.
. Some of them deserve a good lashing.
