If you are a popstar, never, ever spoil your fans. Don't give them control of anything, she didn't need to address the DWUW problem, but since she needed to share everything with her fans in the past... they hunger now

Gaga moving to never land wont do anything for her but make her even more irrelevant than she is today. She should've released a good album right after BTW and had done damage control to fix her image 2 years ago. Like ICON did with releasing rated r right after loud but It's too late now. She's pretty much done and she's too much of a 1 dimensional artist to fit into today music.
Gaga should pull a Beyoncé, except with a single. Fall off the radar for a year or two, and don't tell anyone anything. Just pop up out of nowhere with your single and slay.
The week of the single, though, she should throw some massive 'Born This Way'-level promotion.
