I do see her using more worldly influences,especially Brazilian jazz. Yes she does have a lot to talk about so her making a "light" album would not be acceptable to me. I see at the most maybe 2 songs about Michael. I don't see any songs about the rest of her family or the drama that unfolded not too long ago. She's never been one to air dirty laundry about her family in her music. If she was that type, she could've written 3 albums about them given all that drama in the 90's.
What About is okay, but I prefer This Time. I only like Rope Burn a little.
