Breaking Bad gets better as the seasons progress, it's a slow-burner tho so maybe give the second season a shot too? If you don't like it by the end of S2 then I suppose there is no hope lol
I liked season 1 and of course ill watch the other seasons. But its not this god sent series everyone makes it out to be.
The finale was much better than the season 1 finale.
Asylum is the only time they could built the characters from start to finish. Ryan Murphy makes everything for a plot twist or a watercooler moment and even though his team still couldn't pull off a perfect season, Sister Jude and Lana Banana are flawless written and performed characters.
The other seasons have none of that even if they are easier to watch. It's an addictive show but not great television by any means,

But by the end of the whole show you will realize everyone was right
