No. Random Thoughts
was unmoderated but they changed that rule in September or so. Now it's under standard moderation. Generally, people in RT don't hit the report button as often because it's a somewhat tight-knit group, but with the influx of new members recently it's been a bit messy with WPs.
I'm sure the same rules apply to Unpopular Opinions, for however long that ends up lasting.
