From what I can tell anti-bitch is facing something simillar to what I was/am and that is when stanning goes too far
. He's at a point where everything Adele does is under a microscope and he's looking through every detail of everything to just feel all the more closer to her in a way. While doing this his kind of forgotten that well Adele is human ....
I don't like typing essays but I'll just try and correct a few things:
-for one Adele did a lot of promo for 21 from the beginning(nov 2010) . The only reason why it doesn't seem noticeable is because most of it wasn't high profile. But it was non-stop tbh until oct 2011. And definitely more than 19 era promo (also you can't expect 2cond album promo to be more than first since with the first album an artist needs to make as big of an imact as they can which means every oppurtunity for promo is taken)
-2condly Adele doesn't thank fans at award shows maily because she accepting critical awards almost all the time. Think about it, why would she thank fans accepting an award for song-writing when they didn't write the song with her(its better to thank the co-writers,which is what she does) or a perfomance award when she was the one singing. Its more of personal achivement and thus she treats it as one. But she does thank fans for less critical based awards-see Brits 2012 , Best Female artist . And that was because that award isn't specific ,its not about her song-writing ,vocals or anything. Its just about her being a great female artist something which you could say is just the thought of fans ,wouldn't you ?
- Also her Skyfall performance was pretty good imo, the only thing that messed it up was the instrumentals being played too loudly (
). And to her having stage fright ,okay I don't get your issue with this. Lots normal people have that and just like them it hasn't stopped Adele from giving great performances. Your not seriously forgetting all her other brialliant perfomances in front of thousands ( and even less important ) of people because of that one performance, are you?
-Lastly about her father. I don't think any of us who aren't in her day to day life can make judgements or conclussions about her personal life from the outside. I won't comment on this except to say, the articles we read aren't always the truth we just always think it is because its never denied by artist but the thing is they can't be going around dispelling rumors everytime. They have lives and am sure don't keep up with all this.
I get why you're a bit upset but the thing is Adele is human so you shouldn't expect anything more than what other humans are capable of from her.
I think you like me just need an Adele break tbh. Your starting to read too much into things . It was very brave of you to say your thoughts though. I hope you don't stop posting or liking Adele on here because you think people here think of you as not being a true fan. Its good to critique and not just blindly follow (like most Lady Gaga fans) but its also not good to get too into things .
