It's like they give a year for each of his era. After that, they will stop care and move on to the next one.
Bruno definitely like Atlantic Records because they're the 1st one who wanted to give him a chance after rejection from many labels and gave him a big freedom as an artist.
Compared to other artists in Atlantic/WMG, Bruno pretty much treated well by them. They gave a proper promotion for him. If you see other artists under WMG, they don't put much effort to promote them at all.
I know, but it's kind of sad to see that some artists smash with a lot of promo and Bruno with less promo, singles and performances smashes harder and sells more albums in more countries than the others. I know it's a good thing, but imagine UJ sales with the same promo Gaga, Katy or Rihanna (not a good example lately) have.

Blame it on Bruno, not Atlantic. He's the one that stops caring after the second single... He did it twice already so it's not a coincidence. Hell, he even said that the only reason he releases an album is to go on tour, and that's what he wants to do every night for the rest of his life so....
It's a shame that some people think his performance will be boring, when he's without a doubt the MJ of our generation.
ikr? I mean, if someone can make great live performances is him. The It Will Rain performance in The X Factor and the Gorilla performance in the MTV VMAs are already iconic.

I know right. People who said that here are pop girls' fans who used to with flashy performance and people out there who said that are them who have know clue about Bruno's performance skill and just being ignorant.
This is a review from his New Year's show.
Quote:
His show, an extended engagement at the new Chelsea in the Cosmopolitan, solidified his standing as one of the best live performers today, alongside Justin Timberlake and Beyoncé. Mars can sing (anything), dance and charm the pants off audience members.
The show was more party than concert. His hits and fan favorites “Gorilla,” “Marry You” (redone well on Glee), “Just the Way You Are” and the closer “Locked Out of Heaven” were part of the setlist, but so were covers, a signature of his performances, among them The Outfield’s “Your Love,” Elvis Presley’s “Jailhouse Rock,” Bel Biv DeVoe’s “Poison” and Travie McCoy’s “Billionaire,” in which Mars is featured.
Can't wait to watch Bruno at the Superbowl. I mean, vocals and performance level-wise, he's a force to be reckoned with..
Btw, which female pop singer do you want Bruno to collaborate with?
I'm not worry about performance. I know Bruno can do it. It's the weather that I'm really worry about.
They say there will be harsh weather that day. Bruno is Hawaiian and it proved before he couldn't handle cold weather really well. His voice easily get affected by it. Not to mention him and his band will play instruments. Cold is a killer on the guitar fingers. The guitar strings, the drum skins will affected too and you can imagine an ice cold brass horn. I hope they can find a way to keep the performers warm on stage.
I'm okay with any female singer, as long as they can sing and sound good of course.

Bad timing, weather.. Well, we just have to hope for the best.. This performance is a career-booster.
and I must say that the amount of auto-tune and backup used here, made me wonder why did he do that, cuase we all know he can sing and I just hope he won't do this @SB

Lol. Are you talking about the echo voice? That's not auto-tune. They just echoing his voice. Bruno always do that for LOOH performance on TV to make it sound like studio version one. It's just for the background. Besides, the uploader did some edit to the audio because the original one that was uploaded on Ellen's channel sounded more clear. I download that performance before Ellen took it down from her channel.
Bruno even didn't lip-sync or use auto tune when he got throat infection and had to perform at Grammy 2011 and X Factor 2012. Or when he got food poisoning few hours before his show in Rio. His pride and dignity as a professional singer is too high.
His 2012 Grammy performance was my fave, but I'm too lazy to look for it.
They always take down HQ video of his performances, especially Grammy and MTV award. That made the uploader always change the audio quality like pitching his voice to prevent them to take it down. Even if you tried to look that performance now, I highly doubt you could find a good video.
I wish Bruno's label not so lazy. They could upload his TV performances on his channel like other artist did, so we didn't have a problem to find his HQ performances.

I am worried as well. But I know he'll overcome those difficulties, he knows that can be a huge improvement on his career, is just a very important moment for him. I am going to be so nervous watching it. Remember how Prince managed to give an impressive performance even with a lot of rain and wind at the SB?

I really hope so. It's less than a month now. With Prince it was just rain. With Bruno it'll most likely a blizzard. That's far more worse and colder.
In his recent interview about Super Bowl, Bruno made a joke that he'll build a chimney onstage, perform around a fire, to keep him warm on Super Bowl. You know what, I'm here for that kind of stage lol. As long as they can stay warm on stage.
