She's right. People haven't been criticizing her, they've been bashing her in their own way and spreading negativity that her dumb fans latch on to. 
And why are people confused at the last sentence? It's true. Did y'all forgot she dedicated an entire era and album to her fans? Or that she sent buses around the country as therapists for them?
