No to the first question. Most of us haven't even finished going through all the applications. It's ongoing. Yes to the second question, although I have no idea when the initial selection will take place. The overall purpose of this open application process is to have a bank of worthy candidates should we need to add more mods for a variety of reasons. There probably won't be another one of these open applications til a year or probably even two.

25 are just some of the standouts that some of us felt strongly about. We still haven't gone through every application yet. Everyone that submitted will have their submissions stored for future reference.
