It seems Gagz's team have stopped buying followers, or at least not as many as before. NO SHADE but Katy Perry has so many fake accounts following each day that it's almost ridiculous. When Gaga was Twitter Queen she had a small proportion of ghost accounts, but Katy is taking it to a new level. Bieber has always had a majority of duplicate accounts from his fans so he was always going to keep moving up.

as for the looks though, she's had GREAT looks this era, just as she's had looks (the Venus look in the UK). She's like that every era though.
