From what I understood Interscope hasn't send the information (I suppose sleeve information, tracklisting and prints for the cover, back cover and CD) Universal Music needs to print the CD single. Probably has something to do with the last-minute single change, maybe Gaga's management drama too? It has been over two months since the song was released as single, meaning it's most likely already peaked, so I doubt if they will still bother with a CD single.
