In addition, it appears to have fallen off tracking.

Really? Did you really expect her to sell 200k+ in every single country in 17 days? without any promotion? Even without physical copies for most of those days? Hell, the physical copy is still unavailable in a lot of countries. 700k outside of the u.s is amazing.
