I ask to a person who undestands the theme , and he told me that both parts agreeing to drop the case and stipulate a deal
I want to believe that if she agreed to anything then that means she got what she wanted, even if it is at some cost. Otherwise I'm sure she'd just let it go to trial where she'd likely win.
