YES. The semi-official Clinton Sparks remixes both slay so hard! They and the Chew Fu "Monster" remix are the only technically-not-released remixes I have in my library because if I included the rest of the unofficial remixes of her songs... too much.

Unfortunately we still have to warn with 2 points even with unreleased material, if it's copyrighted and not released by the artist or label for free.
