DWUW is far more dire than Applause though. A highly commercial song with no big drawbacks and a sizable, decent feature that has had two remixes and a lot of promo, video notwithstanding. There's no excuse for this performance.
The sad thing is the potential it's shown at varying points abroad that went unrealized.
Lady Gaga is fading away and half of her little monsters doesn't want to be a monster anymore. It feel like yesterday Gaga was successful, but in reality she not no more. Thanks god for Eminem's loyal fans around the world.
Alejandro is a great song and underrated video. Her videos didn't really start going bad until "The Edge of Glory."
"You and I" wasn't bad, it was actually good, but I was kind of over her weird thing by then. It became predictable by that point.
"Applause" was a nice video though. It wasn't a movie, so it was actually a little bit different for her and it worked out for the best. Don't mind the mini-movies, but it was basically becoming a long collage of weird ****.
People would've forgotten her breakdown if she didn't shave her head.
Grew on me later tho.
