It's the most selling album of Mariah carey, you know

It's ha best selling album because:
1. She only released the good songs, tricking people into buying it. OF COURSE people are gonna buy the album when you release bops like Godlover, Anytime God Needs A Friend and Without Jesus (Ken Lee).
2. Some sales came from middle aged cat women. The overall blandness of the album catered to them.
3. Tommy was on her side, not like the Butterfly situation.

Like Butterfly could've been huge Proper single releases, getting enough REAL vocal rest. She must've been so stressed out all the time being all kinds of paranoid and worried because of Tommy's position.
