It has nothing to do with her anymore.

Madonna hasn't had a SOLO hit in the USA since early 2001. That's 13 years ago. 4 minutes did well solely because of Justin- she was smart to give him literally more than half the song.

She can still potentially do well overseas because they're much more open / less sexist / ageist but even then, I highly doubt it.
