I actually like it best when unknown members become mods.
Seems like drama is surrounded around popular members when they are granted moderation powers.
Nothing is concrete. We had the some plans for the current set of new additions (supaspaz, Razzle, ain't.no.other, and Retro).
However, we still added supaspaz and Retro despite them living in America.
