About Macklemore & RL - they got famous off a novelty song so it's gonna be hard for them to gain respect. Can't Hold Us was a total anthem though. I think that's gonna hold up really well over the years .
Their first 2 singles were awesome and everyone loved them
but then Same Love came along and all their hype just flatlined. Despite the media shoving the song (and its msg) down the public' s throats.
