Of course not. I honestly think ARTPOP is the second best on the album (it would be #1 if the HEE-HEEs were still so prominently in it). Likewise, Swine would be much higher if it had the pig squeals. I wish Gaga did more mid-tempo stuff.. she has a lot of strengths there that I don't think a lot of people know about.
