Could someone please explain to me why multiple remixes of songs get added together like Say Something (normal and Xtina) and now DWUW (R.Kelly and Xtina)??
Shouldn't they be technically not added together since they are different?

If the overall structure of the song is completely altered/changed to the point where it sounds like two different songs, then they're separated by Billboard. Since Christina is only adding vocals to songs that didn't require a complete restructuring, this is why they'll be counted as one. Billboard has a policy explaining this. I believe J Lo was the cause of this rule change back in 2001

i wonder how DWUW will be displayed on Billboard, while they credit R. Kelly or only Xtina?
