Currently #37 on pop radio. I still think it has a chance of being a hit, but it's progressing so slowly that it'll be way past time for a new single when it does smash.
This single is so dead :/ Dropped off top 50 on pop radio, dropped to #100 on Billboard, and it doesn't seem to have a future.
Ariana didn't promote this at all. She performed Popular Song like on three different shows, then did Last Christmas on Fallon, and then sung Tattooed Heart at the AMAs.
It's a shame that they wasted her promo opportunities on other songs. Do you think its too late to smash? Also why haven't they pushed this on Urban? Give her a premiere on 106 & Park, have her go to urban radio stations. It's like they're completely alienating an audience that would love her.

That's something I've mentioned from the very beginning. What's the point of her making obviously R&B music yet not pushing it to its main format? It's like they want to set her up for failure.

it could be a label thing. RCA did the same thing with Xtina.

Isn't that what she was wearing in that one stream a week or two ago? I remember her saying she couldn't show us what she was wearing because it was a "surprise" and she had recorded something.
She looked and sounded good. Glad she got Big Sean to come too.
