Britney shouldn't be on the list either BUT she has more clam to be on there than Katy or Rihanna.

And I don't care for Taylor either way (she doesn't bother me or anything) but her being in the top 10. She's not even ranked in the best female country artists of all time let alone to be ranked in the top 10 of all females.
