No, ATRL and Madonnas fans just have on rose colored glasses and tend to think she is considered more legendary than she really is. Her legacy is huge in POP music, she has competition outside of it from many people as you can see. Everyone who ranked above her should be imo.

Okay, Taylor shouldn't be that high, Britney shouldn't have been snubbed, P!nk was too low (even though i am really happy she made the list), Madonna should have been a little higher, but i am happy for Bey anyway
