Because, even though Gaga has the artistic capabilities of a depressed 13-year-old, Britney has lost control of her life, sounds tired, lazy, bored, and looks borderline special ed at this point in her life.
What she NEEDS to do is bring back 'The Fame Monster'. That's what everyone's here for. It's her best work, and she'll never really be able to top it, but it would at least be sweet to see her try to recreate it.
I feel like she did sort of recreate that feeling with "Sexxx Dreams". Maybe that's why it's one of my favorite tracks.
