I don't think the song is a tribute, but you're definitely over exaggerating. The sample perhaps is insensitive, but it is not disrespectful. Of course some people will be offended, but don't flip the script and act like that was the original intent.
What's done is done. Jesus why are you all yapping over this sample? The song is crappy in itself. No amount of bitching is going to change it, and no amount of posts is going to suddenly make anyone believe this was all intentional. Jesus
