Masculine guys like the rodeo, right? If they can ride a horse they can ride you while you lie on the bed, right? Then you wouldn't have to worry about your frame and he'd still be in charge, like the 'masculine man' he is

This is true and I've always found that side of the gay community boring and overplayed. I celebrate femininity, femininity is a powerful thing, idk about any other "masculine" gay dudes but like you said, most of em like to downplay, belittle and criticize femininity but I've always been attracted to it, weak by it even. Maybe it's cuz it's a part of myself I don't have the courage to show and I envy others for having the courage to do so? I always thought opposites attract anyway.

In all honesty, I don't see many struggles being a gay guy. Of course there will be people who may not like it, but you can't please everyone either though. I prefer being gay over being straight the only thing that bugs me a bit is finding a proper mate, which I'm sure will be easier than my mind thinks it is. Other than that, I love every aspect of being a homosexual

Oh well another thing - I guess this is a popular choice in this thread - would be acceptance. At least for me, it's just within my family and school. I don't like how schools give half-assed attention to bullying against homosexuals and whatnot, and how you're shoved in the corner when you announce you're gay as well.

I'm sort of conflicted though. I have no problem telling people I'm gay, but I don't want to go handing out flyers to everyone saying "I'm gay!". Would that be classified as in the closet still or..

Me being a darskin male.... who likes fashion and to dress who is his self but not fem or masculine and not typical skinny with a 30 pack is [hard for me.] But I still get boys & I still own it. I take it for what it is. But for the gays in general I hate the stigmas and boundaries the gays set on each other its a mess. Certain gays look at certain **** to be in a relationship if your a bottom you can't date another bottom.. If you're to fem they dont wanna date. Like stfu. Date people for who they are and what they can bring to the table.. I think for the most part all gays have it hard to be in a stable relationship and having a boyfriend... Gay men don't want the life of moving in together, settling down, getting married having kids they feel like its too much which will be why a lot of gay men will be single and bitter in their 40s because they have so many stereotypes.
