I appreciate her for the braids, but she wasn't really vocal during that time. It's not all about that, but that does tie into feminism. There's different types of feminisms anyway. She did. Don't you remember when Bow Down leaked earlier in the year?

Uhh...to be a feminist I think requires more than just lip service in music. What Madonna has done for the young girls in Malawi is invaluable. And just this last summer Beyoncé raised $4 mill for chime for change projects.

Well, heels, bras, make-up, etc are all ways woman succumb and use their sexuality for the sole purpose of men (generally, not always).

So, renouncing the above and embracing naturalism is a form of feminism.
