Flat noses aren't limited to "black people". And thin noses aren't exclusive to white people. Flat noses are typical in West Africans, but go to Ethiopia or Central Africa (Rwanda, Burundi) and you'll find "European" features, which quite frankly is an inaccurate term considering these features aren't exclusive to white people.
Beyonce's message is so twisted. She claims to be a powerful woman + a feminist yet she is afraid to show her natural self. Pounds of make up, blonde weaves, ass shaking dance moves, revealing clothes and using her body as a sexual object.
For example, look at Pretty Hurts and then Bow Down. She's trying to fool with our minds making us believe that she is innocent and sweet. Plus changing the original Bow Down concept to Flawless because of all the backlash she got from it.
