Her team is too old, tired, and they really have no clue. They saw the success of S&S and ran with it, when we all knew how this will.i.am mess would turn (well atleast the nondelusionals did). They saw how much success Max and Luke were having around the FF release and basically scraped the original album and created FF. The difference between the two records is that FF was flawlessly produced and both Luke and Max are masters at their craft, and they gave Britney their absolute best.
Will is an artist himself so he obviously kept all the good songs for himself. Not that it matters because he's not a good producer or writer or anything anyways.
I don't see why everyone loves that song so much. I've only heard like 1 minute of it though, maybe I need to re listen.
