Very underrated. Everybody was sort of expecting it to follow the steps of JGMAR and become a global smash. Truth is, this song is not hit material but it has its charm. The lyrics have P!nk's fingerprints all over them and it was very funny to sing along to.
Ed Sheeran "I See Fire"
My last #1 song of 2013. It's very well known I'm a big fan of Ed Sheeran and since The Hobbit is one of my favorite films of the year it was a double kill for me. This song is amazing not only cause Ed wrote it but also cause he also produced it and played every instrument himself.
Maroon 5 "Love Somebody"
I'm in a constant love-hate state of mind about this band. They took their album title way too seriously and became the most overexposed band of the last 10 years at least. Love Somebody is my favorite song of theirs in a while and the video is very creative.
Carrie Underwood "See You Again"
The reason this forgotten song made it this high in my countdown is because it has a personal meaning for me. This year I had to move to live on my own in a city I don't really like. This song always reminds me of the people I miss like crazy when I'm here.
fun. "Why Am I The One"
I'm so glad fun. is here to stay. The energy and personality they put in every song always makes me grin. This song is very melancholic but yet so cute. The music video was very weird though.
