Well last week, I passed the 3,000 mark on a Wednesday (during the tracking week) so by the end of tracking week (let's assume it ends Saturdays at midnight) I had about 3,180 posts. I debuted with 301 posts. Which means Pory counted the posts I had even before I reached 3000 posts. I'm on 4000 posts now so I definitely crossed the 800 mark already

Yep, when someone passes the 3000 posts I count all post for the week they passed the mark, even if they didn't have the 3k at the start of the tracking week.
