You can get them back even when deleted download advanced system care 7 with a serial or find one. It has an option to get deleted files back.
There are free programs that do this. Google "undelete program" or something along those lines, and you'll find one easily. It's saved me before in the past.

Yeah I've realised that a lot this year. I used to think no one would date me but now I realise that that's BS and it was my insecurities holding me hostage. I just feel so much happier. I'm glad this has been the most world rocking year of my life though.
