Last night I skipped my anxiety meds by accident and had another attack, not as bad as my last but still. Literally everything annoyed me I couldn't stand hearing car sirens, my dog barking, the tvs in my house, or my brother talking. My angina started acting up and I had to run in my room lay down and leave my headphones on. I kept thinking stupid **** again too. That's how my Christmas ended
