Really? It's very common. It's what you say when you're raising a toast to something / honoring something. "Here's to another 10 years together", "Here's to being friends forever", etc.
That being said, Rock N Roll should have been the lead single. Better song, better video. Except the lyrics should have been changed to Pop N Roll as an acknowledgement of her critics.
