Really? It's very common. It's what you say when you're raising a toast to something / honoring something. "Here's to another 10 years together", "Here's to being friends forever", etc.

That being said, Rock N Roll should have been the lead single. Better song, better video. Except the lyrics should have been changed to Pop N Roll as an acknowledgement of her critics.

Horrible terrible song title. Worst song Avril ever recorded as well.

The fact Rock N Roll didn't go top 50 on pop and Big Hoops did (despite not having "we're turning up the radio" line in it) is speaking about something. And the video is worse.
