I've been having this on my chest ever since the performance premiered. Honestly I thought The Voice was so bland this year everything from the mediocre contestants, to the judges comments, and to the guest performances. I honestly thought Gagas was the most exciting one of the whole season. But I kept asking myself "How in the heck did Gaga land this gig?". As we all know Christina is a fame hungry has been who wouldn't dare let any of her "competition" perform on her show. I mean Gaga was the only relevant pop girl who got to perform on The Voice this year. So as I was watching it I kept asking myself "Why is Gagas performance so plain?" I mean this performance was her big opportunity to bring her song to top 10. And then Christina came out -_-. And that's when I figured out the whole thing. I believe that the only reason Gaga was allowed to perform on The Voice was under the condition that Christina would sing with her. I mean Gaga could have give an incredible solo performance but she was left crippled because of Christina's ego(which I still can't figure out why she still has one). And don't give me any of that crap about how Christina said all of those nice things about Gaga, I mean she's not going to tell america the truth. Anyways, I feel that Christina crippled Gagas performance and it also upset me when Carson announced Christina's named first after the performance. I mean come on, it's Gagas song! Anyways I am so happy that Christina is off The Voice, that way it can be about the contestants and live performances again. So that's my theory. What do you guys think? Merry Prismas!
It was The Voice who asked Gaga to perform there, and it was Gaga who suggested to make it with Christina.
Christina's ego has nothing to do with this performance. She's in a better position right now than Gaga, agreed to collaborate with her (obviously because it's got benefits for her as well) and delivered.
Beyonces album will sell well for few months but then it will die down like nobody's buisness. No one is going to care about her singles. And singles is what keeps an artist relevant. So y'all can have your album sales because that's all your gonna get.
I'm sad I'm not even home.
I'm hanging out with my Asian friends and they don't celebrate Xmas and eating ****ing chicken egg rolls and spaghetti ugh.
I miss my mommy.
I miss my buttons.
I miss my brother.

You do realize you'd have to sell more than 12,000,000 singles with no discount to match the amount of money Beyonce's album sales have made in 10 days in the U.S. alone, right?
Like, telling us album sales are all we're going to get is NOT a drag.

She didn't really deliver. They both sounded a hot ass mess

Do you even know singles' purpose is to promote an album so it gets better sales?

Really? Do you work behind the scenes? We all know Gaga has been flopping so obviously her record company shelled out some big bucks in order to get her on the voice. So that there could be a slim chance of her bouncing back! But whatever it's just a theory!
Sorry that we'd rather talk about real success than imaginary internet relevancy points
Considering our girl sold out a tour without an album or hit singles on the radio, I don't think she needs any more imaginary internet relevancy points

Yes. That's only the money equivalent. But singles are what people remember an album by whether you like it or not.
Explain 4 going Platinum
Explain her doing the Superbowl (and over 100 mil tuning in)
Explain the highly successful world tour
Explain her relevance all throughout 2013
Explain the new album selling 1 million in less than 2 weeks
Explain it happening two years after an underperforming album with no hit "singles"
