Here are some rumors I read but don't believe but you decide.
-One of the girls almost drowns in the house's backyard lake, which is actually Lake Michigan! And then later that day, a huge fight breaks out that may be potentially the opening fight of BGC.
-There is supposedly a clique of girls called the "Fab 4", but that would make this season similar to BGC season 3 with the Fab 5.
-This season is already wreaking havoc in Highland Park, according to sources.
-This season is supposed to combine some of Oxygen's most productive seasons: BGC2, BGC4, AND BGC7
-Alicia from BGC10 (Ms.Chi-Fly) will make an appearance on BGC12.
-Britt is going out with a bang! One that might even go down in BGC history
-There is an episode labeled "Cinnamon Toast Punch" where Redd may be sent home because someone touched her
cereal.... So watch out for it coming.

Britt, Jonica, Redd, and Loren are all friends (possibly the fab4)
Jada, Aysia, and Alexandria all seem to be very close
Jonica and Aysia are good friends
the seventh original who hasn’t been shown yet is named Delila. it’s been confirmed that she’s on the show because someone was pretending to be her on twitter and Aysia said “wtf, she doesn’t even talk like that, gtfo” and Jonica said “who knows, maybe it is her” and then Aysia said “lmao that’s not really her, i don’t believe it”. but if she isn’t the missing original, then she is a replacement, as it’s confirmed that she’s on the show
Delila doesn’t have a twitter, but the rumor is that she said that the other girls were boring and they made the show all about her, so maybe she will be getting the Judi treatment. Delila’s personality seems to be like a mix of Annie and Judi
based on a conversation between Alexandria and Aysia, Delila’s brother from her casting tape comes and visits the house. Alexandria said that he was twerking and they think Delila’s whole family is crazy. Alex also said she thinks Delila should be institutionalized
Redd said that Alexandria taught her how to walk away from certain situations (maybe like the whole Paula and Jenn talk)
Jada has a hate page, and the owner of the hate page tweeted her and said “that’s why you got your ass beat by Britt and Redd” the person could be making it up, but it is a possibility that Jada fought either Redd or Britt
Aysia tweeted “not sure how i survived those 2 months”. she didn’t say what she was talking about, but most likely she meant bgc. if so, she was in the house for 2 months. if she is the very first replacement, i’m guessing that it took a while for someone to get sent home
(Rumor) Britt is said to be the first to get sent home for fighting (possibly Jada, or perhaps Aysia if Delila happens to leave and Aysia replaces her) and Redd is said to be the next to be sent home for fighting

Delila is rumored to be boring.
There are many more fights than those that was shown in the trailer.
The girls have life coaches.
There are 3 replacements (Aysia, Loren's Cousin, and Delila)
Britt "knocked out" Delila and was sent home.
Redd and Britt doesn't make it to Spain.
Alex is Jada's friend in the house
